Our jewelry is handmade on demand, please allow up to 10-12 working days for your jewelry to be crafted due to very high demand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order.
Please note that all shipping times are estimated, any third-party delays like courier delays or your country's customs processing times are out of our control and unpredictable.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only up to 48-hours after purchase has been made. After 48-hours your order will be marked as a valid order and not available for cancellation due to customized jewelry.
Please note that discount codes that were created after you placed your order cannot be applied to your order.
