What kind of photo can I upload for engraving?

We accept photos of pet's actual paws, ink prints, clay prints, nose ink prints and photos of pet's nose.

Can you engrave any pet's paw print?

We can engrave all pet prints, including dogs, cats, rodents, turtles, horses, birds, pigs, hedgehogs, lizards and fish fins.

What if my pet has fur on his/her paws?

Just make sure that all 5 paw pads are visible. Our professional artists will take care of the rest.

Can I send a photo after purchase?

Yes, you can just send the photo to our email Please include your order number that starts with #.

Can I engrave on both sides of the pendant?

We can engrave on both sides of the necklace's and bracelet's pendant, be sure to order the double-sided option in this case. Unfortunately, rings can only be engraved from one side.

Can I add pendants to my necklace/bracelet?

Yes, you can add extra pendant to your necklace and bracelet. For necklaces, just go to our "Pendants" collection to find a suitable one.


Can I change my order?

Any changes to orders can be made up to 24 hours after placing your order. After that your order is sent to our workshop and cannot be changed. If you wish to make changes to your order please contact us immediately via our contact form or at

How do I cancel my order?

All our jewelry is handmade on demand therefore all orders can be cancelled only up to 24 hours after ordering. After that your order is marked as a valid order and sent to our workshop. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via our contact form immediately.

How do I track the progress of an order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or an text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through 'contact us' form.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

Additionally, we support Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna Buy Now Pay Later.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in USD. While your cart is displayed in your local currency you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Production Time: Our jewelry is handmade on demand and takes 8-10 working days to be crafted

Shipping Time: The shipping time varies depending on the shipment method you choose. Free Standard Delivery takes 7-12 working days depending on your exact location, TNT Delivery takes 5-9 working days and FedEx 3-5 working days.

Please note that insurance does not make your shipping time faster.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery worldwide. FedEx Express delivery price depends on your exact location.

What does the shipping insurance cover?

If your package is lost or damaged during transit then our team will cover all the expenses of sending you a new item free of charge.

What is the status of my order?

Our handmade jewelry takes 8-10 working days to be crafted. After that you will receive an email or text message with your personal tracking number, which can be used to track your package on our "Tracking" page. 

I can't find my order from the tracking page?

Firstly please make sure that your order has already shipped. To be sure you must have received an email or text message from us with your tracking number.

If your tracking number doesn't work then please allow a few days for the tracking information to display all the updates correctly. If you think something is wrong with your order please contact us via our contact form.


Do you accept returns & exchanges?

All items are handcrafted and customized with care, therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours. 

However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us at and we can solve the issue.


Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. 

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.
